Description

As a small Colorado cabinetmaker, Jeff Kurka developed this jig to speed up his cabinet production. This easy-to-use jig lets you drill the drawer slide mounting holes, the 35mm wing plate mounting holes and the shelf pin holes all in one setup. Use the jig with your drill, plunge router (for cleaner/squarer holes), or a combination of both to make the holes. All work is done on unassembled cabinet parts for greatest efficiency. Works for either 32mm style base cabinets with 768mm (30-1/4") tall sides. Screw-in stops on the Front Jig Plate position its row of holes 37mm from the front edge (for frameless cabinets) or 3/4" closer to the edge (for face frame cabinets).
